Special Bangle

Hello everyone!!!  Kymona from Kreative Kymona here today to share a special bangle that I created for my sister.

She loves bangles as much as I do. So making one for her makes me happy, especially since she is about to have a baby in two months.  As a matter of fact, her baby shower is later today, but she has no clue.  We will have her wear it when she arrives.

Let's take a look:

Her favorite color is purple, that was a no brainer to include that.  She loves her name so personalizing the bangle was a must as well!!

I love how it turned out.  The gem is purple but looks like a wine color but it isn't.

Here's another view:

My sister will love this bangle because the oval tray is double sided so both of her initials are included.

Take a look:

I love how this bangled turned out.  I can't wait for my sister to see this gift that I created for her.

So what do you think?  Isn't this bangle just the cutest? Please let me know below.  I would love to hear from you!!

Gotta Love Charm Bracelets!

Hi All! I wanted to make something special for my daughter and the adorable charm bracelet kit really just struck a chord with me. It has two sided trays so even though you are attaching five charms you really have ten sides to work with, which really gives you a ton of flexibility.

So lets get started. I chose the antique brass charm bracelet kit, watercolor inspiration mini image sheet, fantastic super sticky dots, and fantastic glaze and glue.

Select your images from the image sheet and use a drop of glaze and glue on the flat side of the jewelers glass, place on your chosen images and hold in place until the glass grabs the image sheet. Repeat for all desired images. Then once dry, use a scissor to trim around the jewelers glass. Place fantastic super sticky dots on both sides of the charm bases. Peel off the orange piece and adhere your jewelers glass to your charm bases. Next, attach your charms to your bracelet with the jump rings included in the kit and there you have an adorable, personalized charm bracelet!

So, what do you think of this project? Please leave a comment below and let me know if you like this project!

Hugs,

Judy

Butterflies and Paris Retro Bracelet

Hi everybody! Kim here from My Kraft Kloset sharing a special gift that I made for my mother, because she loves color, flowers, butterflies,  and wanted something Paris inspired.  think I delivered with the help of these gorgeous images and antique brass products which are on sale in the July Kit-of-the-Month from Craft Fantastic

Let’s get started:

2.  Choose your images. That's the hardest part. All of these are just sstunningly beautiful and you want to use them allBut for this project I chose 4 butterflies and 4 Paris images to balance out the bracelet.

3.  Next I chose this retro round bracelet kit in antique brass because it really gave the images a vintage look. Add a few Fantastic Glaze & Glue droplets onto the back of each glass round circle and place over each image Move your glass around to position your image, and add a little pressure to get any bubbles out.  Repeat. For a total of eight images.

4. Once set, use a Q-tip to remove any excess glue around the edges of the glass. Cut around the glass and cut out each image.

6. Add a Fantastic Super Sticky Dots to the bracelet tray, peel off red backing, place the glass into each of the trays, one by one, and press down to secure in place.

Voila! A spectacular one of a kind handmade bracelet with a vintage retro look that I’m sure my mom is bragging about to all of her neighbors Thanks, Mom!

I hope I’ve inspired you to try a Monthly Kit and make all kinds of wonderful Craft Fantastic products, like the retro bracelet I made from the July Kit above. The possibilities are truly endless!

Please leave us a comment and let us know what you think, we’d love to hear from you.  Thanks for stopping by!

DEW DROP PENDANT KIT

Hello from Junque Drawer Designs!  I just found this kit in my Craft Fantastic Stash and cannot believe I've not used this before.  This kit includes the pendant trays and glass to make 5 pendants (24" rolo chain not included).

I used the WALLPAPER IMAGE SHEET for these pendants.  I liked the way the glass could be positioned diagonally on the chosen images to fit the glass as it is not a square shape.

After I adhered the glass to the image with the FANTASTIC GLAZE AND GLUE I cut the images out added FANTASTIC SUPER STICKY DOTS to the DEW DROP TRAYS and then placed the  glass into the tray.  Then added a 24" ROLO CHAIN and I was done!  Super easy project with this newly found kit.

All the supplies needed to create this easy pendant can be found on the CRAFT FANTASTIC WEBSITE.  Until next time

Craft Fantastic Bangles

Hello everyone!!  Kymona from Kreative Kymona here today to share the new Craft Fantastic Bangles that I created this week.

I am a huge bangles fan. I love how they look on my arm.  I love the noise that they make when they hit against each other.  I love when people want to see them or ask me where I got them from.

When I saw the new July Kit-Of-The-Month and it included bangles, I had to create some myself.

Take a look:

Look at these beauties!!  They are fully customizable.  If you can't find a bangle that speaks to you, you can now create your own.  Its so easy and fun.

The bangles come plain and you choose and add what charms you want to add yourself.

To add the charms, you simple use a jump ring to attach each charm or tray.

Let's take a closer look at each one:

Silver Butterfly Bangle

I created this Silver Slide Bangle first, not really sure which charm to add to it.  Since I used the Bright Butterflies image, choosing the Butterfly Connector was the best thing to add.  That way you can continue to add to the butterfly connector to personalize the bangle more.

Here is a close up:

Believe Bangle

I wanted to create a bangle with an inspirational saying, so I want with the Watercolor Inspiration image.  The charms that I added to this bangle where some charms that my daughter had in her jewelry box so I decided to add them to this bangle.

Here's a close up:

Antique Brass Butterfly Bangle

For this bangle, I used the Antique Brass Slide Bangle with the Mini Square Pendant Tray. I connected them with a large jump ring.  This time around I add the Butterfly Charm to the large jump ring and not the bangle itself.

Here's a closer look:

I absolutely love these bangles and can't wait to make more of these for my family and friends. These are perfect gifts to give around the holiday.

So what do you think?  Aren't these bangles just the cutest? Please let me know below.  I would love to hear from you!!

We've Got Bangles!!!!!!

Hi All!!!! OMG can I just tell you I am so excited! We have bangles!!!! I am and have always been a huge bangle fan (the bracelet, not making any commentary here on the musical group) and so I was over the moon excited when I found out Craft Fantastic now has bangles! One of the cool things about bangles is that I love to stack them, and you can change them up so easily! So today I am bringing to you a great quick and easy project. I made two sets of bangles, one for me and one for my oldest daughter. I wanted them to be similar but not identical.

So for the silver set you will need silver slide bangles, large silver jump rings, cute heart charm, butterfly charm collection, tiny round ornate kit, tiny alphabet #2 image sheet, fantastic glaze & glue and jewelers dots.  I chose an image from the image sheet, added a drop of glaze & glue to the flat side of the jewelers glass that comes in the tiny round ornate kit, trimmed it around and adhered using the jewelers dot to the tiny round ornate tray. Next I chose a butterfly charm, heart charm and the ornate tray and using large jump rings added the three onto the bangles.

For the antique brass set you will need antique brass slide bangles, antique brass large jump rings, heart charm, butterfly charm collection, open daisy kit, tiny alphabet #1 image sheet, fantastic glaze & glue and jewelers dots. I chose an image from the image sheet, added a drop of glaze & glue to the flat side of the jewelers glass that comes in the open daisy kit, trimmed it around and adhered using the jewelers dot to the open daisy tray. Next I chose a butterfly charm, heart charm and the daisy tray and using large jump rings added the three onto the bangles. Easy Peasy! And how cute are these!

Let me know what you think of this cute prokect!

Hugs!

8x8 Camping Scrapbook Layout

Hi everybody! Kim here from My Kraft Kloset sharing this 8x8 scrapbooking album I made with patterned camping paper and these really cool alphabet tile images from Craft Fantastic

Nothing says summer like camping!  Anthis 8" x 8" album is the perfect size for those little moments you want to remember, but maybe don't have a lot of pictures, or you don't want to make a huge 12" albumAnd believe it, I only used one pad of 8x8 patterned camping paper so my whole album coordinated nicely and came together really fast too!

And like most scrapbookers, I create in arrears and as you can see, I'm still scrapbooking 2010. And that is okay. Design whatever year you want and what makes you happy. I used to scrapbook chronologically and then I got bored. So, now I jump around from year to year and project to project and that makes me happy to relive those special moments.

Next I used a 1" square punch to punch out my Alphabet Letters for the cover and on a few special pages.  And then adhered the letters with Craft Fantastic Super Sticky Dots. It made it so much easier to adhere the letters to the album cover and the pages and they won't easily come off.

Voila! Another great idea using your scrapbooking supplies, your favorite patterned paper, or even your scraps along with these wonderful Craft Fantastic  products, because they're not just for jewelry making anymore. The possibilities are truly endless for so many projects!  Be sure to check out all of our fabulous projects on the Blog for more ideas.

Please leave us a comment and let us know what you think of our projects and what you're making. We’d love to hear from you.  Happy Camping and thanks for stopping by!
